Do you have a minimum quantity for orders?
We require a minimum of 12 pieces for all screen printed apparel.
What determines the price of my order?
There are a few factors that affect the price of screen print orders: The type of apparel, the quantity ordered, the number of colors being printed, and the number of print locations (Ex. Left Chest, Back, Sleeve, etc.).
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies on a weekly basis depending on our scheduling. Most orders are completed within 1 week, but delays of up to 2 weeks should be planned for when placing your order.
Do you ship orders?
Yes, we ship most items via UPS Ground or USPS with a tracking number provided for every shipment.
What are your store hours?
We are open Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
When do I pay for my order?
We require a 50% deposit on all orders unless you already have a well-established account. The remaining balance will be due at the time your order is picked up.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept payments in the form of cash, checks, and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) in-store and through PayPal.
I have my own artwork, what type of file do I send?
If you have your own artwork, please send in vector file format (AI, EPS, or PDF). If you are unsure what type of artwork you have, please contact us for help.
Do you charge for custom artwork?
We never charge for artwork for standard screen printing services. Some full color printing services (brochures, business cards, etc.) may require fees depending on your specifications.
